| When Exchanges and Returns Are Not Possible |
· Even if the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, it cannot be returned if it has been washed, altered, or worn, affecting resale value. (Please check the product before wearing or washing it.) · If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product. (Personal circumstances are not valid reasons.) · If the product is damaged or its value is reduced. (E.g., worn marks, removed tags, excessive wrinkles, stains, perfume/cigarette smells, etc.) · If the packaging or label is damaged. · Minor chalk marks are not considered defects. · Minor issues such as loose threads, slightly loose buttons, and innerwear (underwear, camisoles) are not eligible for return/exchange. · If packaging such as shoeboxes or brand boxes is damaged. · For shoes, even if unworn, any creases or sole marks will prevent return/exchange.(Please be cautious when trying on shoes indoors.) |
