| When Exchanges and Returns Are Not Possible |
· Even if the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, it cannot be returned if it has been washed, altered, or worn, affecting resale value. (Please check the product before wearing or washing it.) · If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product. (Personal circumstances are not valid reasons.) · If the product is damaged or its value is reduced.
