| When Exchanges and Returns Are Not Possible |
· Even if the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, it cannot be returned if it has been washed, altered, or worn, affecting resale value. (Personal circumstances are not valid reasons.) · If the product is damaged or its value is reduced.
